SUP starts an anti-brain drain campaign

SUP has announced the start of a new recruitment company "Russian diaspora" witha  goal of returning qualified young specialists who are studying and working abroad back to Russia.

"Russian diaspora" devised for Russians who are currently living in the U.S., Canada, Great Britain and Australia. The program is geared to attract two categories of candidates - young graduates of Western universities (Graduate program) and young professionals with job experience and interest in career growth (Entrepreneurs program).

SUP's president Andrew Paulson hailed the new initiative and said: "With the Russian economy growing at a rate of knots now is the time for Russians to think about coming back home. There has never been a moment in history when Russia offers Russians such opportunities to both develop their careers and range of experiences. Equally, the growth in the economy is being held back in part by a tight labour market and a real demand for employees who have broad horizons and have done business abroad. This programme is designed to plug that gap."

SUP had successfully started working in this direction even before the "Russian diaspora" program was launched.

On this photo is a great example of brains that were drained to the West but returned to Russia thanks to SUP. Eduard Shenderovich graduated from UC Berkley, worked as a vice-president of Silicon Valley Bank, co-established and headed Quantum Art company and served as the member of the baord of directors of Ixtens company and Dandelife social network. Today Eduard Shenderovich lives in Moscow and works as SUP's director of strategic development.
