Entrepreneurs program

This program has been devised to attract young entrepreneurial Russians who are living in Western Europe, North America or Australia. SUP is offering them a unique chance to return to Russia and apply their skills in one of the world’s fastest growing markets.

What do we offer?

  • We have identified specific roles for suitable candidates in sales, marketing and business development.
  • SUP is offering a limited number of permanent contracts to successful candidates and the chance to become a member of a growing and ambitious team in Russia’s fastest growing media company.
  • Ideal candidates will be graduates who have at least five years employment experience. Successful candidates will be fluent in Russian and English and have a proven track record in commercial roles in Western businesses.

What is the entrepreneurs program?

  • We have specific roles in key commercial departments which need to be filled. Vacancies are available at the moment, and new positions can be developed for the right candidate.
  • Successful candidates who wish to develop their own products and ideas would be given the time to do so if management endorse the scheme.

How will SUP support successful candidates?

  • SUP offers an above average Moscow wage for successful candidates. It will provide support in finding accommodation and will offer one return flight home during the first 6 months at SUP.
  • Each participant in the program would have a formal mentor who is a member of SUP’s Executive Committee and would be expected to support successful candidates in their work.
  • SUP’s management will monitor the progress of successful candidates carefully to ensure that they receive the support and development which they need.

How to apply for the program?

  • Please complete and submit the application form. After the initial sifting phase candidates will be asked to write a short essay about why they wish to be considered for the scheme, what they have to offer and what they hope to achieve on the scheme.
  • At this stage SUP would also outline the roles which are on offer.
  • Applicants will then be invited to take part in a Skype interview to discuss the ideas set out in their essay.
  • The final phase would be an interview in Moscow with SUP’s senior management (at SUP's expense).
