Graduate programme
This program has been devised for Russians who have recently left western universities and either in their first job or looking to start their careers. SUP is offering them a unique chance to return to Russia to apply their skills in one of the world’s fastest growing markets.
What do we offer?
- We have identified specific roles for suitable candidates in sales, marketing, business development, technical and editorial staff.
- SUP is offering a limited number of short term contracts (6 months) and the chance to be a part of Russia’s fastest growing media company.
- Ideal candidates will be graduates in their early to mid 20s.
- Successful candidates will be fluent in Russian and English and currently living in North America, Western Europe or Australia.
What is the graduate program?
- We will devise a bespoke programme for every graduate and ensure we provide clear targets, goals and aims. Candidates may work in just one SUP department or in some cases may move between them. Successful candidates who wish to develop their own products and ideas would be given the time to do so if management endorse the scheme.
- At the end of six months a review would take place. The candidate would be under no obligation to stay with the company and SUP is under no obligation to offer a permanent job, but it’s the company’s intention is to offer as many people as possible full time positions.
How would company support graduates?
- SUP offers a standard Moscow wage, support in finding accommodation and during the six month period a return ticket to fly home once at the company's expense.
- Each participant in the program would have a formal mentor who is a member of SUP’s Executive Committee and would be expected to support graduates in their work.
- SUP’s management would monitor the progress of candidates carefully to ensure that they receive the support and development which they need.
How to apply for the program?
- Please complete and submit the application form. After the initial sifting phase candidates will be asked to write a short essay about why they wish to be considered for the scheme, what they have to offer and what they hope to achieve on the scheme.
- At this stage SUP would also outline the roles which are on offer.
- Applicants will then be invited to take part in a Skype interview to discuss the ideas set out in their essay.
- The final phase would be an interview in Moscow with SUP’s senior management (at SUP's expense).
