SUP acquired the client-side advertising agency Victory S.A. in late 2006 from Taras Tkachuk, who subsequently founded +SOL medial sales agency for SUP. The business was founded in August, 2003 and has become one of Russia’s leading online advertising agencies. Victory typically helps clients develop both creative and media buying solutions for their online presence, often working in tandem with international agencies who provide offline solutions.
